Poster Child!
Those of you who read “A String of Coincidences”, the article we published a couple of weeks ago about the Royal Prince Edward Yacht Club inaugural Classic Yacht Regatta, would have realised that the author Dave Allen, is not only a world class sailor, authority on classic wooden boats and accomplished architect, but also an engaging writer. Well, this week we discovered another of his talents with the design and production of this poster for the CYAA’s November Cup Regatta entering its 20th year. The CYAA are planning to combine the celebrations with Royal Melbourne Yacht Squadron celebrating its 150th anniversary.
Dave has already been commissioned by several classic yacht owners to draw a more detailed sketch of their yachts seen in the poster. Please contact lowstress@outlook.com
